Trademarks

The lawyers and the trademark agents of our Intellectual Property department make sure that your trademarks are protected and valorized, both in Canada and abroad. They advise you right from the development stage on the strategic decisions you have to make. They are also able to search for availability, draft and file the registration applications, and follow your cases until they are registered. Furthermore, the members of the team can complete the additional registrations. They are qualified to protect and defend your interests in trademark disputes, oppositions and cancellation procedures, as well as prepare your assignment contracts, licences and other relevant contracts.
