Latent Defects

Whether you are the buyer or the seller of real estate, we can accompany you in regard to warranties of either title or quality in relation to your real estate transaction. We will verify your title and charges preceding the sale of the real estate in addition to taking steps to avoid proceedings concerning latent defects. We also deal with litigation resulting from latent defects or construction defects in homes or commercial buildings. Finally, we can advise you in all other proceedings in relation to non-conformity of your property, title defects, undeclared servitudes and zoning problems.
