His practice focuses on real estate litigation and insolvency. He regularly works on property assessment cases, from the application for review to proceedings before the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec (TAQ) and appeals before the Court of Quebec.

Mr. Beaulieu pleads cases on a regular basis before courts of general jurisdiction and the TAQ. He is in charge of a case currently before the courts concerning the notice of reserve established for land on Charron Island, whose value was reassessed from $5.5 million to $1.

He also heads the firm’s Real Estate department.
