Licensing

Granting a licence to a third party means sharing, in return for the payment of royalties, the intellectual rights that belong to you and that will enable the third party to manufacture and market the products or services you have created on a given market. It is thus important, when drafting a licensing agreement, to plan for all the provisions that will protect you and prohibit the third party from monopolizing your intellectual rights. In the same way, in the event of a dispute, it is necessary to set out suitable mechanisms for conflict resolution, whether through mediation, arbitration or another method.
