Our Employment and Labour lawyers advise and represent a very diverse clientele, including private and public sector enterprises and parapublic organizations, on all issues that may arise in the field of industrial relations.

This group represents our clients' interests before arbitration tribunals, the Labour Court, the Labour Commissioner, the Commission des normes du travail, and the various public agencies involved in matters of compensation to victims of professional injuries, including the Commission des lésions professionnelles (C.L.P.), the Commission des droits de la personne et des droits de la jeunesse, the Tribunal des droits de la personne and various courts of law.

Our Employment and Labour lawyers can also assist clients in developing internal policies and strategic plans for human resources management.
